Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese Gallery is now looking for a high calibre candidate for the position of Accounting Officer:
Job Description
Responsibilities
•Responsible for all-round accounting and clerical support (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger)
•Prepare and manage accounting related documents and reports
•Support daily administration and HR support including payroll, MPF and recruitment
•Communicate and liaise with accounting firm/auditors
•Liaise with accounting section in overseas (Japan / Taiwan)
Requirements
Job Requirements
•Fluent Japanese-speaking/JPLT N2 or above
•At least 2 year of relevant work experience, preferably handling of full set of accounting
•Familiarity with book-keeping and basic accounting procedures
•Competency in MS Excel
•Proficiency in Japanese, English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•Willing to learn and with interest of Japanese culture
•Knowledge of art and work experience in art-related business is a plus
