详细工作内容
Our client, a Japanese based company is looking for a candidate meeting the requirement below
Requirement:
Handle customers' requirements, orders and enquirers.
Prepare all set of documents for purchase order, goods return, shipment and delivery
Coordinate with client and factories to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for sales data input, sample arrangement and document filing
Job requirements:
DSE graduated or above
Japan speaking and writing is a must
Some experience in shipping, logistics management or account servicing is an asset
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a required
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience in using AS400 system is an advantage
Immediate available is highly preferable
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Package:
- 5-days work week
- Double pay
