详细工作内容
Our client, a famous Japanese trading company, is now looking for suitable candidate for the following position:
Responsibilities:
Prepare and handle all-round shipment related documents
Coordinate with vendors and clients for order follow-up and smooth operations
Prepare purchasing order and sales related documents
Support sales manager in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets and forecasts
Take part in monthly sales and budget presentations to Department Manager
Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Degree holder in business administration or related discipline
Minimum 2-3 years sales-related experience, with Japanese company background is an advantage
Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), good command in both English and Mandarin
Familiar with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
Immediate available is preferred
Package:
