Japanese Speaking Marketing Manager - Cosmetics

Our client, a Japanese cosmetic company is looking for suitable candidate for the following position:



Manager - Cosmetic

Responsibilities:

-                 Assist directors to oversee and propose the development of brand visions, objectives and complement the strategic plans which are made by Headquarter for the development of the whole business in HK.

-                 Help to oversee development of tactical plans with directors, and ensure subsidiary’s / distributors’ daily operation.

-                 Oversee the development in market, and provide smooth communication to clients and suppliers.

-                 Report to Directors and Headquarter regularly.

-                 Other ad-hoc operation duties if required.

Requirement:

-                 Minimum 3-5 years product marketing experience, preferably in cosmetic category or mass marketing channel

-                 2 years or over management experience

-                 Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Japanese is an advantage

-                 Strong leadership skills, with vision and strategic direction, goal achiever and positive influencer. 

 

Package:

-                 5 days / 09:00 – 18:00

-                 Double Pay with discretionary Bonus

-                 Transportation Allowance (actual claim)

-                 Medical Allowance

-                 Kwun Tong

-                 25 – 28K (negotiable)
