Our client, a Japanese chemical & electronics company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Japanese Speaking Shipping Officer & Sales Assistant – Chemical
Responsibilities
- Receive orders and prepare documents for shipping, invoice, and report
- Handle company's logistic operations, including limited delivery control
- Delivery arrangement, which is placing & shipping an order from mainly Shenzhen & Dongguan factory
- Ensure their service commitments fulfilled & meet customers' requirements
- Support Japanese sales person if required
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant shipping operation experience, especially in China export arrangement
- Excellent command of Japanese ( Speaking / Reading / Writing )
- Good command of Mandarin
- Conversational in English
- Experienced in Japanese company would be preferred
Package
- HKD 18,000 – HKD 20,000
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri / 09:00 – 18:00 (17:30)
- Double Pay & Discretionary
- Annual Leave: 7 days / 1st year, Max 20 days
- Causeway Bay
