Work details
Our client is a Japanese company selling electronic parts and components company with factories in China & Asia.
They are now inviting high caliber candidate to fill the following post:
Job Duties:
- Prepare quotation and invoice to customer
- Handle client’s enquiries
- Issue orders to factory (Japan, China, South Asia)
- Order follow up, data processing, delivery arrangement and prepare shipping documents
- Check and negotiate delivery schedule between customers and suppliers
- Prepare related shipping documents and reports
- Prepare forecast and prepare monthly report
- Handle declaration and defective products
- Assist in any ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- F.6 or above
- At least 2 years production and order liaison experience
- Experience in electronic/manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Fluent speaking and writing in Japanese, Level N2 or above
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Flexible and willing to travel to China and other countries as necessary
- Good PC knowledge in MS Office
- Shipping knowledge of tradelink is necessary
