Our client is an innovative company in travel industry. A leading company to provide an attractive travel package to customer. They are now seeking a right person to join their team. Detail as follows:
Responsibilities:
•To provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director
•To prepare incoming and outgoing business correspondence, meeting minutes, handle phone calls and maintain good documentation systems
•To coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangement and so on
Requirements:
•Degree holder with formal secretarial training
•With around 10 years or above secretarial experience, 3 - 5 years experience as a role of excutive secretary to serve Director is an advantage.
•Good with PC application including MS Office and word processing
•Good verbal and written of English, Contonese ads Putonghua
•Meticulous, well organized, and can work under pressure
•Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
•Japanese speaking is an advantage.
Location: Kowloon East
Salary is up to $30K
5 day work week
