Japanese Speaking Purchasing Coordinator - Electronic Trading

Our client, a Japanese electronic trading company is now looking for a talent to fill up the team -

Duties 


-         In charge of handling logistics and shipping operations including ordering to vendors, controlling stocks
-         Cooperate with other team mates, contacting to vendors/warehouses/factories and arrange delivery dates
-         Prepare products lists for shipping, make documentations for delivery, costumes, some procedure including invoices

 

Requirements


-          Diploma or above
-          With a min 2 years working experiences in logistics department in manufacturing/trading companies
-          experiences in logistics/shipping companies, forwarders are also considerable
-          Basic knowledge regarding to delivery and shipping, costumes and trucking should be preferable
-          Good command in Mandarin & English
-          Immediate available is highly preferred.
