Our client is one of the largest Japanese securities firm with business around the globe. They are now looking for an Administrative Assistant for their Equities division with the following requirements:
Job Duties:
Administrative support:
- Manage travel bookings
- Handle internal administrative reporting
- Assist with supplies, telephone calls, marketing materials, etc
- Supporting other administrative matters in relation to the team’s marketing activities
Analyst Support
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, including translation tasks between English and Japanese
- Update marketing database information
- Perform basic analytical tasks for marketing support
Requirements:
- University Graduate
- 2-3 years of experience in Banking or Finance field as Admin
- Reasonable numeric and analytical mindset
- Good, effective MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel skills
- Excellent in English and Japanese in reading, written and spoken skills
