Job Description
- Responsible for operations management, merchandise management and warehouse management
-To provide quality customer service and staff training
- Responsible for customer enquiries according to the standard service time and service standard.
- Carryout investigation and cross team collaboration in order to settle complaint in a professional manner
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above
- With five or more years of retail management experienc
- With good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Active, sincere and pay attention to customer service
- Excellent in both spoken and written Japanese (JLPT2 or N2 Passed), English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
