Japanese Speaking Associate of Investor Relations % Marketing






Responsibilities
Work within the IR & Marketing department of the Hedge Fund group to take on marketing support and IR responsibilitiesMaintain relationship with existing and potential investorsCreate and maintain marketing materials (e.g. pitchbooks, monthly letters, due diligence questionnaire, fund updates) while closely working with portfolio managers, including translation of materials from Japanese to English and vice versaDistribute to investors marketing materials and ongoing communicationsRespond to investor requests and queries on a variety of topics ranging from reporting, performance, strategy, etc.Maintain customer relationship management system that houses all investor contact information, meeting history and other pertinent informationAssist portfolio managers in investor meetings and conference callsArrange investor meetings, conference calls and roadshows while closely working with prime brokersConduct manager performance and other benchmarkingAssist with ad-hoc administrative duties

Experience and skills
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting5+ years of work experience, preferably in finance industryFluent in English and proficient in JapaneseConfident familiarity with PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent organizational and communication skillsSolid experience with Power Point and ExcelDetail oriented self-starter with the ability to manage own work without being toldHigh degree of integrity and the ability to recognize the requirements of confidentiality
