Work details
Our client, a Japanese trading company which is dealing with semiconductors and electric components is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Japanese Speaking Shipping/Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Arrange shipping schedule and inform to customers
- Communicate with customer and supplier to keep good relationship
- Input the data of order, stocks etc.
- Prepare the quotation
- Moving the carton and putting label on the goods in the office will be required occasionally
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
- Business trip to Shenzhen/Dongguan will be required(around 4～6 times a year)
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in shipping/sales coordinator
- Experience of handling electric parts or sales is an advantage
- Excellent command in English and Mandarin
- Conversation level in Japanese is an advantage
- Someone who is stable, good communication skills and detail mind
- Someone who can work from 21st Aug
