Japanese Speaking Procurement Officer - Electronics Trading

Our client, a famous Japanese trading company is now looking for a talent to fill up the team -
Responsibilities:

Monitor shipment forecast and inventory demandTrack order status including documents preparation & data analysisManage daily inventory movement, ensure smooth warehouse operation and accuracy of goods deliveryCoordinate with key customers and distributors for inventory planningDefine and implement order processing & logistics KPILiaise with headquarters, Asian sales companies and internal parties to ensure smooth and efficient SCM planning


Requirement




Diploma or Degree Holder or above, preferably major in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management / Business AdministrationAt least 3 years relevant working experience, especially SCM planningExperience in electronics is preferableGood command of written and spoken in English, Chinese and MandarinJapanese knowledge will be an advantageGood knowledge of Microsoft AccessImmediately available candidates are preferred

Tsuen Wan 15-19K 5 days’ work 13 months with discretionary bonus
