Japanese Speaking Sales Executive - Consumer Electronic Products

Our client, a Japanese-German Joint venture seal manufacturing trading company is looking for a Japanese speaking sales executive to join their team. 
 
Job Responsibilities:



To issue sales documents to  customers in a timely manner.To follow up customer’s forecast, delivery lead time and payment collection.To follow up inquiries by phone, fax & email and have customer visits in relation to company business.To maintain good relationship with customers & liaise between departments to meet customers' request.To assist market segment managers to conduct market investigations and take part in analysis and statistics for the sales team.To assist monitoring possible threads from competitors, and keep customer-related information updated and well managed.To work closely with distributors located in Hong Kong and Southern China.To provide technical services with the help of in-house technicians.Other ad hoc tasks to support the business plan when required.

Job Requirements:



University graduate in Business, Engineering or related disciplines.Good command of written & spoken Japanese (Level 2 or above), Mandarin & English.4 years or above experience in Sales / Distribution of industrial parts.Good team player, mature, proactive and with high sense of responsibility.Willing to travel to China, Japan and aboard.Related working experience in Rubber Products, General Industries and Japanese Companies would be an advantage.Immediately available would be an advantage.
