Japanese Speaking Manager - Contract Administration

Our client, a Japanese trading company is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team -

 
Responsibilities:
 

Manage the maintenance contracts with customers; Monitor the issue of quotation and sales invoice; Contact by phone and visit our customers for renewal of maintenance contract; Monitor/follow up the payment of our customers; Other work assigned by General Manager;

Requirements:


•Diploma or above in business•6 years above experience gained from customer services, sales;•Experience in issuing quotation and sales invoice;•Fluent in speaking Japanese, English, Putonghua.•Knowledge in using MS Office such as Excel, Power point and words.•Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills is required.

Package:

•5 days / 09:00-18:00•Double pay with Discretionary bonus •Kwun Tong•22-30K
