Our client, Business Consultant and Accounting firm looking for a candidate with the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
-Provide full spectrum of company secretarial support for companies. -Update and maintain corporate data and corporate system.-Assist in preparation of corporate documents.-Undertake any other ad hoc projects or duties.
Requirements:
-Degree holder or student member with ICSA / HKICS.-At least 3-4 years related company secretarial experience preferable with corporate service providers-Professional knowledge in company secretarial practice and good understanding of Companies Ordinance-Be able to work independently upon own initiative under minimum supervision and to handle-Multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and accomplish tasks under tight schedules.-Be well-organized,self-disciplined, detail-oriented, high integrity, good interpersonal and
communication skills and a good team player.-Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
Package

-HK$ 15,000 to HK$18,000
-12 month salary package
-Mon – Fri 0900 – 1730
