Our client is a Japanese Insurance Broker. They are now looking for the following position in order to cope with their rapid development.
Japanese Speaking Sales Support
Responsibilities
-Provide sales supports to agents and internal Sales teams including all administrative works and co-ordinations for documentations and insurance policies issuance
-Liaise with insurance companies for quotation and negotiation on terms and conditions
-Manage administrative tasks such as information update, record maintenance, document preparation and letters issuance
-Handle and follow up insurance policy issuing, fund switching and related documents
-Liaise between service providers and representative offices
-Perform ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary
Requirements
-Minimum 2 years working experience in sales coordinator role
-With insurance or banking and finance is preferred but not a must
-With stable working history, willing to stay with the company for a long term
-Good communication skills with good command of both written and spoken in Japanese, Mandarin and English
-Proficient in computer software for day-to-day operations
