Work details
Our client, a Japanese company, is now looking for high caliber candidates as follows:
Job Descriptions
• Handle all-rounded daily office administration including employment contract etc.
• Supervising general office duties such as shipping documents, assisting internal administration including hiring and assessment review, attending the meeting with customers, bank and consultant, starting up the new business etc
• Perform general accounting duties including financial statement ,P/L、B/S、C/F
• To prepare for payments (A/P,A/R and others)
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
• 3-4 years experience or above, experience in supervisor role is an advantage
• Good command of Mandarin and English, Business level of Japanese is also required
• Well-versed in using Microsoft Office especially for Excel
• Cheerful, enthusiastic and good interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
