Our client, FX trading company is now looking for high caliber candidate to join their elite team with following requirements.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for supporting HR functions including recruitment, leave management, training & development, performance management and expatriate support
- Provide daily office administration support such as answering incoming calls / name card ordering / air ticket, hotel booking / filing etc.
- Provide Assistance to Head of Administration & Human Resources
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
- Fluent in English, Japanese and Mandarin (both written and spoken),
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated, cheerful
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications
- Able to work independently
- Minimum of 2 years of related working experience
