Our client, a Japanese government-related organization is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Japanese speaking Assistant
Job Description
- Communicate with Headquarters and directors in Japanese for preparation of exhibitions
- Assistance to Japanese directors and managers with ad hoc duties including translation
- Correspond inquiries to companies from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan that want to expand business to Japan
- Correspond to Japanese clients with inquiries of Import controls in Hong Kong and local company information
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above
- At least 1 year working experience
- Someone with basic knowledge about Japanese market and strong interest in Japanese culture
- Excellent command in spoken and written Japanese is a must
- Business level in English and Mandarin
- Someone with basic business knowledge
- Proficient in MS office application
- Someone who is polite, positive, independent, good communication skills, self-motivated and hardworking
