Our client, a Financial company is now looking for the following candidate -
Duties
• Support the HR & Adm. manager and the Japanese boss in all-rounded administrative support• Back up the team in all kind of support• Office appliance ordering, contract renewal, liaise with external suppliers for maintenance the office running smooth
Requirements:
Good Japanese (JLPT N1) and English With 5 years experience in administrative work or relevant experience detail-minded, good organization and communication skills good team player and supporter Immediately available is highly preferred
