Our client, a Japanese Kaiseki cuisine restaurant is now looking for a restaurant manager to manage the floor.
Job duties
• Ensure smooth daily operation of the restaurant
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• Manage the manpower and provide training
• Cooperate with the Japanese Chef to enhance the overall dining experience
• More experience candidate will be considered as Restaurant Manager
Job requirements
• 3-year experience in F&B industry with experience in managing Japanese restaurant is preferred
• Supervision experience in restaurant is preferred
• Good customer service and communications ability
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
Package
