<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to top executive.
• Supporting communication / sharing information between Japan office and staff through Management
• Co-ordinate with external business parties in the Japan region.
• Co-ordinate and manage executive’s calendar including schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements etc.
• Prepare and draft correspondences and reports accurately in a timely manner.
• Translate/interpreter duties from Japanese to Chinese, Cantonese or English and vice versa.
• Work out of the office and business trips might be required when necessary
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent related discipline
• More than 4 years of relevant experience in supporting top management on both business and personal matters
• Work experience in serving Japanese management is a must
• Fluent in Japanese (Must have JLPT N2 or above) and excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and native Cantonese skills.
• Well-known in Japanese business manners and can perform with them
• Well organized with a strong sense of team spirit & responsibility, self-initiative and good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
• Responsible, detail-oriented, well organized and with strong communication and interpersonal skills
