<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle PO from sales companies in Asia and send to JPHQ
• Coordinate stock allocation and transfer among sales companies in Asia
• Responsible for 3rd party warehouse management including in/out, inventory, operation quality, etc.
• Handle import/ export shipment
• Process PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) data and prepare reports of stock turnover, backorder, inventory &, etc.
• Attend PSI meetings with sales companies
• Business trip in Asian countries(1-2 times/year)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Higher diploma or above
• At least 2 years of SCM/ inventory control/ logistics experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
