<Job Responsibilities>
The sales duties would be Handling existing customers: 90%, New business development: 10% (expected)
・Handle purchasing duties to purchase from own factories and external suppliers
・Receive order from outsource sales and corporate with them
・Manage delivery schedule and coordinate with manufacturing customers and internal delivery team
・Send invoices and check payment status
・Manage stock inventory of products
・Input data/record sales activities in internal system
・Sales promotion in jewelry show and assist booth activities a few times a year
・Maintain close relationship with existing customers
・Ad-hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・More than 3 years of work experience (BtoB Sales experience is preferable)
・Business level of English and Cantonese
・Proficient MS office skill
・Good communication skill, stable and a team player
