<Job Responsibilities>
Back office duty 70%, Sales duty 30%
・Corporate sales and promotion (Mostly handling existing customers: promoting/introducing upgraded and new products etc.)
・Manage contract renewal of clients
・Send invoices and check payment status
・Support sales activities by data input in internal system
・Maintain close relationship with existing customers
・Monitor and analyze client’s utilization and report to management and HQ
・Preparation of marketing materials
・Business trips are required a few times a year. (East Asia)
・Ad-hoc duty
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・ At least 2-3 years of Sales Assistant or Back office experience
・ BtoB Sales experience is an advantage
・ Work experience in non-manufacturing sales such as media, government-related, finance, etc. is welcome.
・ Business level of Mandarin, Japanese and English
・ Flexible and team player
・ Being able to perform Business trips a few times a year. (East Asia)
