【Job Responsibilities】
・As a consultant, responding to customers' inquiries and providing HR and labor consulting and organizational development, advising on human resource development, CSR, organizational culture reform, etc.
・Making documents; some contracts of work rules and various rules, lecturer materials in training and seminars, including facilitation of meetings, creation and distribution of news, etc.
・Giving lectures (mostly web lectures lately) in training and seminars to customers
・Required abilities: zero-based thinking, honesty, flexibility and flexibility, problem-solving skills, logical thinking, strategic thinking, customer orientation, communication skills that can communicate with management, etc.
・Ad hoc duties
【Necessary Skill / Experience】
・Business level in English, Native level in Cantonese, Japanese language skill will be a great advantage.

・Work experience in HR consulting firm/in-house HR department is a great advantage in terms of consulting skill and knowledge of labor law
