<Job Responsibilities>
• Manage related party & vendor invoicing transaction and payment process.
• Liaison with vendors to ensure smooth transition of goods.
• Ensure all AP & AR transactions to be captured in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide accounting support to accounting team.
• Other administration duties and ad-hoc assignments
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable in a sizeable company
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in Chinese and English, Japanese ability is an advantage
