<Job Responsibilities>
20% helping with office administrative work and 80% as the assistant of CEO`s family.
・Secretary duties for Japanese CEO and his family.
・Handling paper works in contract or payment matters.
・Preparing presentation materials by using PPT or Excel including translation work needed.
・Provide admin support (general administrative tasks etc).
・Other Ad-hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- 5 years or above of secretarial working experience (personal secretary is highly advantage)
- Good command of Japanese (at least N2 passed) both speaking and writing
- Business level of English and Cantonese native speaker
- Reliable, confidential, and honest with good communication skill
- Proficient MS skill (especially Power Point and Excel)
- Familiar with Japanese culture and Japanese company’s culture
- Tertiary education background is preferable.
