<Job Responsibilities>
・Management of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
・Cash flow management
・Preparation of non-consolidated and consolidated financial statements
・Preparation of tax return documents
・Reporting to the Japan head office
・Responding to audit firms
・Examination of various accounting and tax issues, financial planning
・Inventory management (cash, fixed assets, stored goods)
・Subordinate management work (including confirmation and instruction on accounting procedures)
・Cooperate with other departments (instruction on how to manage and request evidence)
・Other Adhoc duties
・月次・四半期・年次決算のマネジメント
・キャッシュフローマネジメント
・単体・連結財務諸表作成
・税務申告書類作成
・日本本社への報告業務
・監査法人対応
・各種会計・税務論点の検討、資金計画
・棚卸管理(現金・固定資産・貯蔵品)
・部下マネジメント業務(会計処理の確認・指導含む)
・他部署との連携業務(エビデンス請求、管理方法の指導)
・その他Adhoc業務
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・More than 3 years of accounting management experience
・Ability to use MYOB software (English)
・Business level of Japanese, English and Cantonese skills
・Good communication skill to coordinate with other departments and Accounting team in HQ in Japan
・Flexibility to adapt to new environments and a strong mindset to build good teamwork
・Willing to take a career advance as a manager
・経理マネジメント経験3年以上
・MYOBソフト(英語)対応可
・ビジネスレベルの日本語、英語、広東語スキル
・他部署との連携、日本本社との報告業務を遂行できるコミュニケーション力
・新しい環境に対応できる柔軟性、チームワークを大事にするマインドセットのある方
