<Job Responsibilities>
・Support sales team to prepare quotation and route orders
・Follow up shipping progress and inform customer of shipping status
・Coordinate with internal staff to deliver efficiently
・Handle customer claims
・Input data and make summary reports
・Perform ad-hoc project assigned by the management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 2 years of sales support experience in international logistics, forwarding or warehouse industry
・Proficiency in MS Office
・Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
