<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for team building and management of marketing team
- Create and plan a digital business strategy to achieve annual business goals for your company's marketing platform.
- Take responsibility for all the data coming in from all sources, making sense of it, and compiling it into meaningful reports.
- Improve company's marketing strategy by monitoring what your competitors are doing.
- Focus on team-building with a wide range of knowledge related to marketing
- Being a playing manager (not desirable to only do management but always interested in the field)
- Ad hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Understanding of reused products is necessary
- At least 3 years of experience as a manager or assistant manager in a marketing or digital agency.
- Advertising agency experience is welcome.
- Successful experience in creating projects with client as a digital agency.
- Familiarity with local/global market trends is desirable.
- Analytical and planning abilities with good presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and energetic team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- MS Office proficiency
