<Job Responsibilities>
• Liaise with Japanese HQ and sales companies across Asia regarding sales issues and shipment arrangement
• Handle order processing, order fulfillment, sales support & rebate calculation
• Prepare sales reports and sales meeting materials
• Monitor purchase, sales & inventory, and sales program result
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• At least 1 year of sales admin experience
• High Diploma or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint &, etc.)
