<Job Responsibilities>
• Assist the staff in HR&Admin Department
• Answer phone calls and entertain guests upon arrival
• Ensure the office, reception area, and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
• Handle the arrangement of incoming and outgoing express mails
• Purchase office equipment through suppliers with competitive prices
• Filing and data processing
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• Fluent in English in Chinese
• Knowledge of Japanese(JLPT N3 or above)
• 1 year of admin experience preferred
• Fresh graduate welcome
• Proficient in MS office
