Work details
<Duties>
-Handle quotations from customers in HK
-Negotiate with suppliers mainly in China, HK, Taiwan
-Shipping arrangement & delivery control
-Problem solving (e.g. handle quality problems, urgent delivery)
-Support sales office in Shenzhen & Taiwan
-Help shipping department for making documents and so on
-Ad-hoc duties
<Requirement>
- Fresh Graduate is welcome (Willing to provide OJT)
-Communication level of Japanese (level of N2 or above) and English, business level of Cantonese
-A positive person who wants to study
-Responsible and detail-oriented
-Preferable in having knowledge of MS office PC skill (especially Pivot table)
