<Job Responsibilities>
• Lead the team of administration to oversee the daily operation (e.g. hotel reservation, air ticket, visa application etc)
• Maintain daily accounting operations
• Prepare monthly financial statements, schedules, stock report & other reports
• Assist Manager in budgeting, forecasting & analysis
• Assist Manager in managing cash flow
• Assist in annual statutory audit and internal control
• Assist in other accounting / tax related matters
• Liaise with company secretarial service providers
• Make sure the daily operations are performed correctly
• Other ad-hoc projects assigned by Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Full set accounting experience
• Work experience in a Japanese Company is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
• Good command of written and spoken in Japanese, English, Mandarin
• Knowledge in SAPB1 system or ERP is a definite advantage
