Japanese Speaking Marketing Manager - WFH

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- One of the biggest Japanese fitness companies was launched in Hong Kong in this summer. We are looking for a start-up new member to succeed in our business in Hong Kong.

<Job Responsibilities>
Candidates with less experience in the following duties are also welcome!
・ Support for formulating marketing strategies (target market analysis, competitive analysis, brand strategy, etc.)
・ Planning and implementation of campaigns (design of advertising campaigns, strategy planning and implementation for each medium, etc.)
・ Planning production of content, creative and giving direction
・ Data analysis and reporting work (performance analysis and report creation for each media / campaign, work related to the left, etc.)
・ Customer response and customer review analysis
・ Marketing research (implementation of market research, customer research, etc.)
・ Marketing budget management (budget setting and management)
・ Management and negotiation with advertising agencies and partner companies
・ Preparation for new store development
・ Introduction of the company and some related HR matters in marketing duties
・ Translation and interpretation duties
・ Coordinating with Japan Headquarter
・Ad hoc duties


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・More than 3 years of experience in marketing for the managing store business
・More than 3 years of experience in managing online and offline advertising
・Native level of Cantonese, business level of English skills and conversational level of Japanese skill.
・ Being familiar with Hong Kong local land intuition and trends
・ Good communication skills with active and cheerful personality
・ Being able to do plan-do-check-act independently
・ Basically work from home
