<Job Responsibilities>
• Define project scope, objectives, and coordinate activities across departments for successful program delivery.
• Analyze existing content, identify gaps, and develop plans for content organization and tagging.
• Select and implement an appropriate ECM system, migrating existing content to it.
• Train staff on ECM usage and ensure system testing to meet requirements.
• Establish governance structures and manage program risk through effective communication and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor budget, schedule, quality, and outcomes while providing updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead and guide a matrixed program/project team, managing cross-program dependencies and providing technical support.
• Assess customization requirements for clients, calculating man-day estimates for implementation.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Degree or above holder in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience with system development, technical design, and system integration flow design
• Experience in Java & JavaScript Programming
• Experience in database management (MSSQL)
• Hands-on experience on RESTful API is required
• Knowledge of web development in React/Angular/Vue is required
• Knowledge of web development in C#/Java is preferred
• Knowledge about Document Solutions or Printing industry is preferred but not necessary
• Experience in writing system documents
