Work details
<Job Responsibilities>
- Management (daily operations and costs) of Hong Kong office, factories, warehouses, and stores
- Management of operations of each staff in each department (accounting, sales, manufacturing, warehouse, shipping work, sales)
- Communication, consultation, and reporting with the Japanese head office
- Business negotiations and communication with customers in Hong Kong
- Liaison with suppliers in Japan (business trips to Japan a few times a year may be required)
- Liaison with relevant departments of the Hong Kong government
- Liaison with Hong Kong banks (will be assigned after the probation period)
- Accounts receivable management
- Payment management
- Product logistics management
- Sales support such as in-store promotions
- Ad hoc duties
-Preferable experience in the F&B industry (manufacturers, distributors) (excluding experience in restaurants)
-More than 2 years of office management experience
-Business level of Japanese (internal use, typing) and English (reading and writing) and native Cantonese skill or conversational Mandarin skill
-PC skills (Excel)
-Able to perform business trips related to work (possibility of traveling to Japan several times a year)
