Work details
Duties:
- Business management and Accounting/Finance/Admin (including subordinate’s job duties)
- Making and collecting financial reports (BS/PL/CF) and reporting to Japan HQ
- Liaise with external auditors, bankers, company secretary and tax authorities
- Budget management
- Cash management and cash flow
- Submission of consolidation package to Japan HQ (consolidation with Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou branches)
- Liaising with outsourcing companies of building management, cleaning and security related etc.
- Salary calculation (employees in HK branch only)
- Handling and in charge of MPF, medical, license and foreigner’s visa matters
- Support of company regulation management
- Support of risk management
- Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Be able to perform full set of accounts and daily administrative duties independently
- At least 3 years of Accounting and Administrative manager experience
- Business level of English skill (internal language is English)
- Good communication, negotiation, adjustment skill between each department as well as outsourcing companies
- Management skill as a department head and managing by coordinating with Japanese head quarter
- Creativity for efficient improvement at work
- Detailed oriented and flexible person
