<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide support to general administration, including but not limited to insurance and licenses application or renewal, record keeping, office supplies, environment, and equipment management
• Work closely with colleagues across the different departments which include HR, Accounting, Store Operations Team, Inventory Management Team, Construction, etc
• Liaise and coordinate with service providers, suppliers, and internal parties
• Maintain effective communication between internal parties and Japan Headquarters
• Assist in Japanese-Chinese-English document translation
• Filing of contracts, quotations, sales invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes, etc
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• 1 year of admin experience preferred
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2), English in Chinese
• Fresh graduate welcome
• Proficient in MS Office
