<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle HR attendance, insurance enrollment, and renewal
• Provide logistic support to HR training and seek new training programs
• Arrange business card & annual body checks for employees
• Handle employment visa applications and renewal
• Prepare HR reports, data entry, and filing
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Associate Degree or above
• At least 1 year of HR experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Japanese ability is an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
