<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle orders from clients (Internal client: JPHQ, External: Japanese companies in Asia)
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, forwarders, warehouse, and internal departments on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bill of lading, packing list, invoice
• Enter shipment information into the tracking system and maintain accurate records
• Translate documents (Japanese to English/Chinese or vice versa)
• Assist with shipping-related duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• High school or above
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
