Job Duties :
• Responsible for sales order processing and following up
• Prepare related documents, such as PO/PI/Invoice
• Contact and coordinate with vendors/Japan head office, customers and logistics
company for daily delivery, in/out warehouse cargo arrangement
• Import and Export declaration
• Filing of shipping documents.
• Reports to superior
• Handle ad-hoc tasks or projects as required
Requirements :
• Form 7 or above
• At least 3 years working experience in similar position
• Good Command of English, Mandarin, with knowledge of Japanese is an advantage
• Knowledge of incoterms, able to handle full set of import & export documents, I/E
declaration by Tradelink and Rocars
• Experienced in using ERP system is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & MS Words) and Chinese Word Processing
• Well organized, detail-minded, responsible, hard-working, self-motivated and able to
work under a fast pace
• Enjoy teamwork and with good interpersonal skills
• Business trip to mainland China for meeting or internal gathering 1 or 2 times a year
• Immediate available is highly preferable
