<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle AP / AR function
• Monthly payroll calculation
• Prepare Bank book/ invoice list/ Petty cash for JPHQ
• Assist in annual audit
• Provide administrative support to the Japanese bosses such as booking flight tickets and hotel accommodation, ordering water and stationery
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• 1 year of accounting experience in a Japanese company preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
