<Job Responsibilities>
• Vouchers preparation, data input, filing, Credit/Debit Note issuance
• Accounts payable :
• Cheque issuance/review & purchase invoice checking
• Accounts receivable:
• Follow up on the outstanding bills
• Prepare accounting analysis and reconciliation
• Any ad hoc works assigned by the department head
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• At least 1 year of accounting experience in a Japanese trading company
• LCCI level 3 or above
• Diploma holder in Accountancy
• Business level of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
