-E-Commerce Manage
The daily operation of official online e-commerce platforms.
-Social Media Platforms
Brainstorm ideas for posts on social media, resolve customer service inquiries.
-E-Marketing (handling online shopping)
-Prepare performance reports and planning of promotional activities.
-Warehouse management
-Daily operation of the warehouse. includes: receiving, shipping, dispatching, packing, inventorying, stock organization,etc.
-Trade Operation; processing Export. includes: preparing documents, search logistics Quotation...
-Accounting Paperwork ;data entry and filing PL BS input etc
-Translation(Chinese /English)ex. new products introductions etc
-Regular shop visits (pick up returns or change, change store displays.)
-Attend meetings, translate documents.
-Ad hoc duties
-Less experience or fresh graduate is welcome
-Basic knowledge in shipping industry or accounting is a plus
-Good spoken & written Cantonese/Chinese and English
Japanese is a plus
-Strong sense of responsibility, well organized with exceptional problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
-Good presentation, interpersonal, communication skills, and attention to detail
-Proficiency in PC skills including Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
