Work details
Responsibilities:
Responsible for purchasing jewellery and materials for production;
Responsible for material issue for jewellery production, meet with timeline;
Responsible for inventory, price and purchase budget control;
Responsible for inputting invoices and purchasing data;
Liaison with suppliers to control quality and also to keep track of timeline;
Cooperate with internal staff for jewellery production and delivering goods
Lead Merchandising team in a working level
Report to Merchandising Dept. Manager
Ad hoc duties
Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in jewellery/ accessory merchandising or jewellery/ accessory procurement, knowledge in jewellery pricing, quality control & production process is a plus;
High diploma graduate or above;
GIA graduate of any course would be a definite advantage;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Microsoft Access would be a plus;
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin ;
Understanding of Japanese would be highly assessable (JLPT level 2 or 3);
Able to work flexibly and multi task under pressure;
Self-motivated, detail-minded, dynamic and strong sense of responsibilities;
Pleasant personality, cheerful with good communication skills;
