Job Description:
• Review and analyze financial data, KPIs, business activities of the company and create a summarized monthly, quarterly, annual report for the team, managements and shareholders.
• Liaise with the sales and marketing team to gather and centralize the business activity information and its future plans.
• Discuss with the managements for the necessary reports, data analysis, KPIs to be monitored, time to time to conduct the up to date corporate planning.
• Identification of strategic issues to be discussed by Managements, and provision of information to enable discussion and decision making.
• Create high quality, visual financial presentations with analytical focus on business performance。
• Conduct due diligence, business and risk analysis of the target company of investment by liaising with the outside Financial advisor or lawyers.
• Create business plans, forecasts, based on the past results and the market trend.
• Administrative activities to set up legal entities outside Hong Kong, such as Shanghai, Taipei and Soul, by liaising with the local advisers/consultant and third party professionals.
• Support new business development by conducting the market research and analysis.
• Assisting CFO by translation / interpretation between Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) to English or vice versa.
• Be a good team player and actively contributes to the team to complete tasks, goals or projects.
Develop the system to automate the financial and business data management, analysis and sharing.
• Act as a liaison with IT to ensure optional set up of consolidation systems for management reporting
• Create and operate the internal business data management procedures.

- Excellent command of writing, reading and speaking English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese)
- Be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, in person, in writing as well as on the telephone.
- Strong team player and able to pay close attention to detail.
- Possess excellent organization skills and high integrity to maintain confidentiality at all times regarding confidential and business information obtained by virtue of the post.
- Be able to work well under time constraints and handle multiple tasks with changing priorities, communicating changes in scope and schedule to all parties concerned.
- Service-oriented and work independently.
- Be able to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, when necessary.

- Highly motivated proactive individual and team player with ability to lead and manage various work streams
- High proficient in Microsoft applications e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
