Work details
Accounting duties are 80-90% and admin duties are 10-20%.
• Full set of books (prepare monthly report(BS/PL/TB), TT payment, AR/AP)
• Report to Division Manager
• Handle some admin duties (order some office materials, order arrangement of minutes to company's secretary.
• Ad hoc duties
Requirement
• 5 yrs or above accounting experience in similar industries (experience in Japanese company is an advantage)
• Good command of English and Mandarin (Japanese skill will be advantage)
• Good at Excel and Word
